Slide show keeps sticking and only playing a few images

I have posted my slideshow to my website and sometimes the slideshow only plays some images. is there a specific file size I shouldve downloaded to make it play better, also the thumbnails show the enter of the image and a lot of my images are people so there heads are cut off help
